Once the stepper motor wiring was figured out, it was a simple matter of connecting to a RAMPS 1.4/Arduino Mega 2560 running Marlin Firmware. Only a single axis driver (Z) was needed (the high current version from pololu was used for this larger motor) and the firmware was configured appropriately. A recycled small "PC" power supply was used for the 12V and couple amps needed to run the motor.

A limit switch was mounted on the Z axis to provide a home position. The 5V for the Arduino Mega comes from USB.

The configuration of Marlin for this setup consisted of [add relevant configuration.h values here].

The software used to initially test it out was pronterface, but the software used to do the printing is Creation Workshop. This is a very nice app for running an SLA.
