Bacon Fries

Ingredients

1 lb. bacon

2-3 medium potatoes

seasoning

Preparation

1) While cooking the bacon, slice the potatoes with a french or american style cut.

2) When the bacon is complete, remove it from the pan but keep the heat going.

3) Add the potatoes to the hot bacon grease and cook to golden brown or to desired crunch, stirring occasionally.

4) Remove from pan and season to taste.
